For Immediate Release: Contact: Robert Bird - Marketing NEW DIGITAL PAGE STACKER AND FEEDBACK ELIMINATOR INCREASES EFFECTIVENESS OF PAGING SYSTEMS Glendora, CA - May, 14 1997 - Mackenzie Laboratories, Inc., developer of solid state audio/video equipment, announces the introduction of the FE-3S, digital page stacker and feedback eliminator. "The FE-3S was developed as a result of extensive customer research regarding the needs of today's complex paging systems", remarks Robert Satchell, Mackenzie's Vice President of Product Development. "The field needed solutions for feedback, clarity, zoning, repetition and security, and the FE-3S delivers!" The FE-3S uses Mackenzie's high quality audio encoding technology to digitally record, store, play and repeat up to 16 individual pages. This process eliminates feedback by opening the loop between the input microphone and the speakers. The FE-3S's page stacking ability allows multiple messages to be maintained in memory for sequential playback. Additional audio features include record while play, 4 minutes storage time and priority bypass for immediate access to the paging system. The FE-3S is packaged in a low profile industrial grade, steel chassis with several standard mounting options. A rack mount kit is offered as an option. The FE-3S is listed at $1,350 and is designed and manufactured in the U.S. by Mackenzie Laboratories, Inc. The FE-3S expands Mackenzie's line of digital feedback eliminators and is the perfect compliment to the firms' current message-on-hold, MPEG-2 solid state video players and remote download product lines. #### |
