Glendora, CA - October 6, 1999 - Mackenzie Laboratories, Inc. donates Message On Hold equipment to Five Acres, a treatment center for abused and neglected children in Altadena, CA.

Founded in 1888, Five Acres is a therapeutic prevention, treatment and education center for abused and neglected children. The center emphasizes intensive treatment through residential and educational programs. Five Acres provides cottage living for children between 6 and 13 years old who have been removed from their homes because of child abuse, neglect or abandonment.
